| Tom and I are both still enamored of the beautiful property that you helped us to find near Scotts Flat Reservoir. We feel fortunate that we were able to work with you on the purchase of the land. Your dedication to helping us find just the right property was excellent. Your persistence in working through the issues that arose during the escrow really made a difference. We really appreciated the professional, courteous manner with which you approached the whole transaction.
In addition, Tom and I were impressed with the extra miles that you went for us, for example, helping us find the rental space for our "temporary home" (fifth wheel). And we value your ongoing offer of assistance in getting us connected with the community, such as pointing us to reputable veterinary services.
